Site Reliability Engineer

Join our Platform team as a Site Reliability Engineer and be a part of building the most advanced technical platform for e-commerce. Our systems are built in close collaboration with the business specialists and based on open technologies such as PHP, Symfony2, MySQL supported by hybrid infrastructure and managed with top of the shelf tools such as Ansible, Chef, NewRelic. As our Site Reliability Engineer, you will be handling monitoring and incident management procedures, and identifying and setting SLO’s. You will also guide our engineering team in building scalable and reliable applications that will be integrated with Google Cloud Platform.

  • Engage in troubleshooting and support when issues arise
  • Proactively identify and address risks and opportunities, e.g. system performance, scalability security concerns, within our platform
  • Manage Linux server (Centos, RHEL)
  • Handle configuration management and infrastructure automation (Ansible, Chef)
  • Support developers in deploying and monitoring applications
  • Manage infrastructure transformation to be Google Cloud Platform ready
  • Support transformation into SRE/DevOps culture
  • Assist and potentially lead IT Support team with processes and modern tools


  • Experience with at least one cloud provider (preferable GCP)
  • You have an ops background & mindset, but love to write code
  • Experience with high availability systems
  • Experience with at least some of the following (or equivalent) technologies: MySQL, Jenkins, Ansible, Chef, Prometheus, Git, NewRelic, Containers
  • You are detail and process oriented
  • Passionate for learning and trying new stuff - ideally you are trying out things and experimenting with servers and system development in your spare time
  • Service minded, pragmatic and have a practical mindset
  • Fluent in English, as this is our corporate language (only applications in English will be considered)
