E-Commerce Shop & Project Manager

You will join our dynamic e-commerce team and help us grow and manage our online categories as well as web shop projects. This role entails being accountable for the overall development and strategy of these categories and projects. You will collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure we have the very best customer experience! 

You will be joining a growing e-commerce team and collaborate with our existing cross-functional teams of managers, developers, data scientists, product designers and analysts.   


  • Manage a category specific road-map and the sorting of all categories using our internal tool
  • Set-up categories and navigation on both desktop and mobile
  • Collaborate across departments; Marketing, Buying & Merchandising, Platform and Product Management
  • Align Buying & Merchandising strategy with e-commerce activities
  • Handle monthly and quarterly reports using Google Analytics and Qlik Sense
  • Create and manage various widgets on the platform
  • Ensure high quality of data and category specific information; product information, product tags, and image improvements
  • Lead proactive and ongoing market research (competitors, brands and in category shops)
  • Handle new feature requests, improvements and recommendations together with UI/UX 
  • Measure performance, anticipate bottlenecks, make trade-offs and take acceptable risks to maximise the benefit for our customers and business
  • Utilise data to understand customer needs and behaviours, and transform that knowledge into platform enhancements and new features
  • Develop schedules and manage orderly flow of creative projects from initial scoping and development to delivery and production
  • Collaborate closely with developers from our Platform Team to initiate and implement ideas based on company needs and demands
  • Hold status meetings with key players involved in each project to ensure that requirements and deadlines are being met
  • Lead project planning and provide updates to stakeholders for cross-group & cross-departmental projects
  • Monitor projects and provide daily communication to the requesting team, head of project management and e-commerce director


  • A degree in business or economics (minimum BA) 
  • 2-4 years of working experience in e-commerce or a similar role
  • Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of retail and/or e-commerce
  • Self-driven and motivated, results-oriented and proactive
  • Enjoy working independently as well as in a team
  • Experience using Google Analytics as a reporting and data analysis tool
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of workflow including prioritisation, planning and task delegation under tight deadlines
  • Strong proactive communication skills, entrepreneurial approach, ability to function in a fast-paced environment and ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Strong project management ability; managing communication, timelines, defining clear objectives and delivering key insights on projects in a timely manner
  • Must be highly organised and detail-oriented 
  • Fluent in English since this is our corporate language (only applications in English will be considered)
